The office
A boutique advisory,
not a portal.
Domus is a small, partner-led office. We do not list every house; we list the ones we would buy ourselves.
- A short book, slowly maintained.
- We carry between twelve and twenty mandates at a time. Every listing has been visited, photographed and underwritten by a partner.
- Five regions, three offices.
- Comporta, Porto, Tangier, Antibes and Palermo, run from offices in Lisbon, Tangier and the Côte d’Azur. We do not work outside these geographies.
- Confidential by default.
- Roughly a third of our transactions are off the published book. We never publish a property without the vendor’s instruction.
- Buyer-aligned, vendor-paid.
- Our fee is paid by the vendor and disclosed in writing at the start of every mandate. We accept no retrocession, anywhere.
