Before you write.
- Do you publish all of your mandates?
- Roughly half. The other half are placed quietly with vendors who prefer not to advertise. If you are a serious buyer, ask to be introduced to off-market files.
- How are your fees structured?
- For vendors, a single combined fee covering preparation, photography, presentation, and successful introduction. For buyers, our work is paid by the seller.
- Do you advise on restoration?
- Yes. We work alongside two studios in Lisbon and Tangier on listed and modernist restoration, from initial survey through completion.
- Where do you operate?
- Comporta, Porto, the Côte d’Azur (Antibes to Menton), Tangier and the Atlantic coast, and Western Sicily. Other regions by request.
