A modernist single-storey villa from 1956 by a student of Élie Azagury, with the original sliding glazing, a terrazzo floor and a pool that faces the cliff.
Set at the western edge of the Marshan plateau, Villa Marshan turns its back on the road and opens its principal facade onto a private walled garden facing the Atlantic cliff. The plan is a textbook mid-century arrangement — public rooms in a single open volume, bedrooms in a quiet bar along the rear.
The current owner restored the villa between 2014 and 2016 with the original architectural practice, preserving the terrazzo floor and the cedar-and-bronze sliding glazing.
